THE SECRET SHOW PREMIERES WEEKDAYS ON BBC1 PLUS A SECRET SHOW SATURDAY MARATHON RE-LAUNCHES THE SERIES ON CBBC CHANNEL

The Secret Show to get its first terrestrial broadcast on BBC1 as part of CBBC’s new, re-branded autumn line-up. The series premieres weekdays at 15.45 for five weeks, commencing 29th October.

The Secret Show is a high-action comedy adventure series for 7-12 yr olds, produced by leading UK animation studio Collingwood O’Hare Entertainment as a CBBC/BBC Worldwide commission. The series follows secret agents Victor Volt and Anita Knight, who work for the highly secret organisation U.Z.Z., as they fight to save the world from notorious villains intent on world domination.  It’s about ‘secret people doing secret things’ and is crammed full of secret stuff for kids to discover, from hidden bunnies to secret codes.  The BBC1 premiere kicks off with ‘Secret Spider’, an episode that reveals the secret of a mysterious spider that can be spotted somewhere in every episode, hiding within U.Z.Z. base.

As The Impostors plan to take over the world by creating a new ice age,
the secret of the U.Z.Z. spider is revealed..

The Secret Show also returns to CBBC Channel on October 27th, with a special ‘Secret Show Saturday’ premiering 5 previously unseen episodes across the day between 8.30am and 16.15pm, as well as some firm favourites.

Fans of the series will be treated to new super-secret U.Z.Z. adventures including Doctor Doctor’s ‘Fluffy Bunnython Of Doom’ a dangerous mission to foil ‘The Wobble Men From Dimension 10’s invasion of earth, plus a surprise appearance of Santa Claus, in Secret Santa, called upon to assist special agents Victor Volt and Anita Knight rescue their boss, Changed Daily, from the Floaty-Head’s impenetrable fortress.  They will also experience T.H.E.M’s holiday resort in a ‘Mission to Monkey Nut Island’ and travel deep into ‘The Abyss’ to rescue the secret thing.  Plus there’s another chance to see The Z-Ray Goggles of Power and Wedgie Attack!

helps Victor and Anita enter an impenetrable Floaty Head
base and rescue Changed Daily from an alien zoo!

The series will then continue to air weekdays at 18.10hrs on CBBC until 16th November, also leading with premiere of Secret Spider.
